Know Everything You Need During MAT 2019 Registration

MAT 2019 registration for September date is open for interested candidates. Every year, AIMA conducts MAT entrance exam for MBA business school aspirants four times. Thus, there is a different registration process for each of these four tests. As a business school aspirant, you can take the exam in February, May, September and December.

AIMA (All India Management Association) has developed two different exam forms. These two are:

  • Paper-based test (PBT)
  • Computer-based test (CBT)

If you are interested in Mat 2019 registration, then you should follow the following deadlines:

Both paper-based test and Computer-based test have different timelines that you must follow. For the examination in September, forms are already available. For the Paper-based test, the last date to apply for the exam is 25th August. After 25th August, there might be another phase for application with last day somewhere in September. However, for CBT, the last date to register is 8th September. After the registration process is over, AIMA will issue admit cards. For PBT, the date for admit card is 27th August 2019. For CBT, the admit cards will be available on 9th September. However, for phase 2 PBT, the AIMA will distribute Admit Cards in September itself. The AIMA will conduct PBT on 1st September 219. Later, another test for the 2nd phase will be conducted in September. The examination date for CBT test is 14th September 2019. The result date for both tests is 28th September.

Steps to Apply for MAT 2019:

Step 1: Log in to the website of AIMA and fill MAT 2019 application form.

Step 2: Decide if you want to give CBT or PBT or both exams. Yes, you have the flexibility to appear for both exams. The fee for CBT or PBT is Rs. 1,550. But, if you apply for both, then the price will be Rs. 2,650.

Step 3: Select your management institutes. You can pick five if you are applying for only one test. If you applied for both, then fill up to 7 colleges.

Step 4: Upload appropriate documents. You will need to upload your scanned photograph and signature.

Step 5: Pay the fees. You can pay the fees by credit card, debit card or online net banking.

Step 6: On the day of admit card, download your admit card. Remember that you will not be allowed to give the test without admit card. Also, the AIMA will not send the admit card via post or courier.

MAT 2019 Application forms are already available online, so if you are interested in joining a b-school, this is your opportunity to apply. Follow the above-given instructions to avoid any mistake. Also, make note that you do not fall in the trap of any other website other than the AIMA official website.
